George Ryback August 23, 2019 for Model Number KUD540FVPA3 Kitchenaid Dishwasher They keypad does not respond but two lights consistently flash: "Heavy Duty" and "Normal Wash". 1 Answer Hello George, you'll want to try to perform a power cycle by removing power to the unit for a few seconds. If that doesn't reset or clear this issue the user interface might be defective. Thomas October 11, 2015 for Model Number kitchenaid kudp02crbs2 I have a kitchenaid kudp02crbs2 dishwasher that will not run. Only a few of the buttons will light up and work. I have tried resetting it but it will not go into diagnostic mode. I replaced the control panel with no results. Would the touch pad be the cause in your opinion?

Bob B March 20, 2014 for Model Number KUDP02CRBS3 (stainless) I have a Kitchenaid dishwasher KUDP02CRBS3 with a front touch pad control. Initially it would not power on when I hit the start button. None of the buttons except the heated dry, sani-rinse, and hi-temp scrub would light up. When I reset it to diagnostic mode all the lights lite up and it runs through the complete diagnostics check. What do you think?
