Glen October 26, 2012 for Model Number whirlpool washer/dryer coin box 4396671 I have a 1990s Whirlpool washer/dryer coin box 4396671. It looks like the short coin box. Coin box 4396671 is for Whirlpool, can I take my short coin box and replace this long coin box?
1 Answer Glen, Of course you should install the correct coin box. If you install a "short coin box, you'll need to understand that the coins will eventually over flow and miss the box and accumulate in the control console, you do run the possibility of creating other issues like not being able to remove the box, due to jammed coins. A possible "shock" hazaed, trying to collect the coins that have fallen and missed the coin box, etc. Good Luck and Thanks Read More...
Dennis September 21, 2012 Can the lock be ordered seperately instead of ordering the whole box? If so, what is the part # and price?

I will wait for your answer. I will order the timer (TIMER -Includes 4 pin timing cam. Part Number: AP4261617 made by WHIRLPOOL) but wait for your answer to order together. Thanks.
