Sol January 15, 2021 I purchased a multi unit rental that came with a commercial whirlpool coin op washer and dryer. I have no manual or any other paperwork. Sadly I’ve lost both keys on both machines. The one for the machine and the one for the cash box. I’d like to replace the keys. Where can I find the model # of the machines? Billie August 11, 2019 for Model Number W10663960B The box on top of the dryer maintains water and catches lint because we have no outside exhaust needs to be replaced. I can't find the part listed anywhere. I believe it's made for dryers that are in apartments. The hose that would normally exhaust to the outside attaches to it so the lint can't get into the apartment.

Andy August 13, 2014 for Model Number AP3608444 We had our commercial washer vandalized. Someone broke off a key into the key hole after they attempted to open it with a screw driver or some other tool. I tried drilling out the key hole, but it just spins with the drill bit. Is there any other way to get out my old coin box and replace it with a new one? Any suggestion would be very helpful. I will buy a new coin box (with new key) if I can get the old one off. Thanks.
