Nancy L June 04, 2015 for Model Number ED2KHAXVQ01 Purchased new filter and inserted in housing. Cap broke in process. Filter is not in properly but cannot get out even when pressing release button. Will purchase new cap but don't believe it will come out even with new cap. How do we get filter out.
