Chuck August 15, 2011 for Model Number Jenn-Air W27300 I have a Jenn-Air W27300 wall oven. The display as stopped working and I’m unable to shut off the upper oven by using the cancel off button. In order to shut the oven off I have to enter 00 for the temperature and then the oven will shut down. The lower over works fine and all control buttons for the lower oven work. As I said at the beginning the display does not work so I can’t see the temperature or the time or anything else on the display. I have found an electronic clock/oven control part #AP4090010. My question is: Is this the part I should be looking for to correct the problem, or should I be looking at this being a switch membrane problem?
1 Answer Hello Chuck. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like you have two problems, and you will need to replace the clock WP71001872, and the membrane 71001983. If the display is bad, the clock will repair that problem. If the buttons don't work, the membrane will bee needed to repair that problem. Hope this helps. Read More...
