1 Answer Hello Dean! If you filled the ice maker ice mold with water and the ice maker did not eject any ice, you will need to make sure that the freezer is cooling properly. Brnd B March 06, 2011 We have replace the icemaker twice in our Kitchenaid side-by side refrigerator KSRX25FNWH01. The last time we replaced the part it never worked. We thought it was the valve so we replaced that as well and it still doesn't work. We thought maybe it could have been a defective icemaker but just not sure. Any suggestions?
