Patrick, You've done the basic checks and recieved the proper indications from the LED display. Now check and make sure the ice bin on the door is snapped and locked in the proper position, and nothing is blocking the I/R light path. If that doesn't solve the problem, repalce the Ice maker control board kit W11629974, sounds like there's a communication error between the boards. Thanks and Good Luck

Tom, When you repalced the ice maker, did you check and make sure there were no looose connector pins, in the wall connector on the back wall of the freezer ? You can test the ice maker operation with a "jumper wire" remove 1/2 to 3/4 inch of insulation from both ends of the wire and insert 1 end in the "t" opening the other into the "h" opening(make sure you touch the internal contacts) the icemaker motor should start to advance, and you remove the jumper. You may want to repeat the test with the wires off the fill valve and re check for 120 VAC across the wires, when the ice maker activates the fill segment. Good Luck, and thanks for the inquiry

Hello Tony. Remove the cover on the motor and see if the gear is broke or burnt. If so, you will need to replace the icemaker. Hope this helps.
