Hi Baseball. There is a 3" round float in the front rt. of the tub. The float stem passes through the tub body and rest on the common lever of the float switch. When the float is down( Water out of tub) the switch closes and the water valve gets 120 vac to open the water fill valve. The water valve is part # [mdb7100aws]. There is a tech sheet in the toe kick panel for you to use to assist you to put the unit in a field service test. Thank you.

Jimmy, you most likely have a "sticky" rinse only micro button, and will need to replace the PCB assembly WP99002824. You also want to check the door switches WP99002207 for proper wiring and operation as well. Thanks and Good Luck.

Hello Richard. Here are the instructions from the manufacture. Hope thiis helps. PC Board Removal 1. Disconnect power to the machine. 2. Remove the Inner Door Panel. 3. To access PC Board, remove 1/4" screw on PC Board Housing Cover. 4. To remove PC Board, loosen (2) 1/4" screws securing PC Board Base to Control Panel. 5. Remove pin and ribbon connectors from PC Board. 6. Depress tabs on PC Board Housing to remove PC Board.

When we start the dishwasher, it starts and runs water in and goes through the first cycle but it will not release the first cycle water and it does not release the detergent. It then makes a chugging sound like it is trying to go into the next cycle but it won't. The water stays in the bottom of the dishwasher. This is the first time we have had any problem at all with this dishwaster. What do you think our problem is? Thank you.

Hello Harley! You will want to make sure the drain hose is not clogged. If it's not clogged based on your description you will want to order the impeller kit part # WP6-915435. This should take care of your drain issue, Hope this helps!

Hello. It sounds like you may have a bad PCB assembly. First check the door switch WP99002207 and make sure it is good. If so, replace the PCB assembly. Hope this helps.
