Xrayguy January 11, 2018 I have a Kitchenaid double oven (KEBS207DBT8). I get 0V to L1 and 120V to L2. When I take the power supply off from the oven, I get 120V to L1 and 120V to L2. What could be a problem? Can you help? I saw some discussion over the same problem, but have not seen a solution to the problem.
1 Answer Hello Xrayguy, Either the outlet is bad or the breaker is bad if the wiring to the unit is good. It sounds like the unit is only getting 120 VAC from the breaker. Read More...

Dave A. February 04, 2017 for Model Number GBD277PDB5 Our double range unit had been acting strange for a few months in that the front panel would not come on and just beep when you press buttons (basically rendering oven useless). Popped it open, thermal fuse continuity ok, and 120VAC in and 12V AC out of the transformer. Does this warrant board replacement? Is there anything else i should be checking before i send the control board off for repair? I see many a such post as this part was discontinued.
1 Answer Dave, This issue would be caused by a faulty control board and unfortunately the control board is discontinued by the manufacturer. Read More...
