B, We were hoping it would be the control low voltage transformer, but your wall oven doesn't have one. If you don't have a loose connection in the control panel area compartmwnt, the problem would be in the control board 8302967. Thanks

David, You will want to test the thermal fuse in the unit which is part number WPW10638608 for continuity. If this checks ok then test the transformer that goes to the control board WP9760587. If the transformer checks ok then the control board would be the issue but would not be available from any source that we could advise of.

Paul for Model Number RBD305PDB12

I have a Model RBD305PDB12 whirlpool double wall oven. I got some error coded and you helped me to identify that I needed a new control board. However the control board is not available so I had to take mine out and send it to a remanufacturer. I got it back and replaced it. But when I reset the breaker I received a new error code F1 E2 I looked on the tech sheet you sent me and found out that the key pad was not attached. I attached the keypad the display now shows the time and three of the buttons work but none other. What do I do now?
