Dave, There is not a reset on the control board of this unit. To reset the control you would disconnect the power to the unit for 30 minutes and then reapply the power to restart.

Hello Craig, This sounds like the either a poor electrical connection or the board is going into failure. First check the wire nuts behind the kick panel inside the electrical connection box. Next, clean the ribbon cable with a pencil eraser, rubbing the eraser only toward the end of the ribbon cable to prevent damage to it. If these don't help, the control WPW10380685 is the next step.

Hello Bob. If some of the selections are not working, and the lights are not working, it may need the control panel WPW10500174. If the unit is loosing power, then the control board WPW10380685 may be bad and will need to be replaced on the unit.
