Bob Coccaro February 14, 2021 for Model Number 665.13922k0 4 hour, Eco, and cancel lights stay on dim and sometimes flash. Is this the control board? Thanks Bob Coccaro
1 Answer Bob C, Based on the description given I would check the tech sheet packaged with the machine to see if the light combination is listed as an error code when flashing. The light staying on dimly is likely a board issue. Read More...
Kevin Angley June 06, 2020 for Model Number 665.13944K014 On two occasions, I've been unable to start the dishwasher .. buttons are unresponsive. I don't believe control lock was on. I thought it might be the door latch switch, but I've now discovered I can power cycle the breaker, and it becomes responsive again. Next time it happens I plan to make really sure control lock wasn't set. If it isn't, would the control board be a good place to start? I can't think of anything else that would be fixed by a power cycle. Thanks!
1 Answer Kevin, The issue with the unit control not starting and working after a power cycle then this would most likely be a faulty control panel. Read More...
Pat March 21, 2019 for Model Number Kudl15fxss4 My dishwasher is working fine, except the dishes aren’t drying like they used to. I noticed the heatdry blue light will not illuminate when the button is pushed. I ordered a heat element from y’all and installed the element . After installation I ran a cycle completely through. The dishwasher seemed to dry the dishes the best I can tell, but when I pushed the heatdry cycle button it still does not illuminate. Wondering what the issue could be ? Thanks Pat.
1 Answer Pat, If the unit is heating then it sounds like the LED for the control panel may have burnt out and would need to replace the control panel. Read More...
J November 14, 2018 for Model Number KUDE48FXWH0 The only light on my dish washer that is lighting up is "4 hour delay", therefore I can not select any other cycle and cannot start it. Would this be an issue with the control panel, circuit board, or something else?
1 Answer J, This issue would most likely be caused by a faulty control board which is part number WPW10352582. Read More...
Appliance Help Needed July 29, 2018 for Model Number KUDL15FXSS2 My dishwasher kudl15fxss2 will not drain. All other cycles work. I have replaced my drain pump however it still doesn’t work. I direct wired the old pump up to 120v and got it to turn. I don’t have a wiring diagram to see what turns the pump on. Is the main board bad?
1 Answer I would replace the control board if all the wiring looks good, you will need part number WPW10352582 for the control. Read More...
