  • Keeps items spaced and upright to promote spray coverage and drainage
  • Slides in and out on the rails when the rack is straight and intact
  • Common failure signs: rusting/chipping coating, broken or bent tines, cracked or warped wire frame
  • Needed if dishes won't stay put or the rack binds when moving on the tracks
What's included: 1 dishrack Install notes:
  • Disconnect power at the breaker and turn off water before servicing interior parts
  • Open the door, extend the rack, and remove rail end caps to release the rack
  • Transfer any clip-on components from the old rack to the new rack as needed
  • Seat the rack on the rails, reinstall end caps, and check for smooth operation

Daniel, The tine retainers WP8531314 are snapped and locked into the rails of the rack and the tine is snapped into the retainer, to hold the tine in position. In some cases, a replacement rack may have been substituted by the manufacturer, and the tines are not used. If you could supply us with a model number, we can verify the proper parts needed. Thanks and Good Luck
