Michele June 16, 2018 for Model Number GGW9200LW0 I am trying to find a cover-hinge stationary (rh) gray. My 9200 duet dryer is white with gray trim. The part should be the same for a gas dryer as for an electric, which I believe would be model GEW9200LW0. I was told that the "Dryer door reversal kit" part #8530070 would be for the handle on the left and the hinge on the right. That is incorrect. This kit is for the hinge on the left and the handle on the right. Just to let you know, the handle filler right is not interchangeable with hinge filler right. They are slightly different. I know this because I have part 8528287, which is the dryer door handle filler right - gray. It is the same part in the above referenced dryer door reversal kit. So I've twice received parts that don't fit. I see you have part AP3859484 which is the part I need except in platinum, not gray. I believe I need 852893. I'm not finding it. Can you help me?

I believe when we bought it the installer reversed the door so that we could stack the dryer on top of the washer. The hinge is now on the LEFT, the handle on the RIGHT. (Is that in fact the reversed position or the original factory position ?) I'm now replacing my washer (not stacking) so I want the dryer door to open the other way, hinge on the RIGHT. But what confuses me is that, to my eye, the old and new pieces in the video look identical to one another, and identical to the pieces currently on my dryer. The part# suggested underneath the video for the reversal kit was 8530070 / AP3775405. Same part# was given to me by an online chat rep. But ... in a prior comment from James Calbert. 3 months ago he asked "What part number do I need if mine opens from the left side (hinges on right)??" ... and he was given the same part#. Since the trim pieces are clearly different (wider on top) ... it seems impossible that the same kit (8530070) containing only 3 pieces could work for reversing the door in either direction. So ... What is the correct kit part# to make the reversal as shown in the video, namely with the hinge starting on the LEFT and ending up on the RIGHT ? And ... what is the kit part# for hinge starting on the RIGHT and ending up on the LEFT ? Thanks !
