Hello Cooki, If the ignitor spark is blue or almost white, there is no need to replace it. The burner will be the issue. If the spark is orange or red, as long as you have cleaned the area and checked for proper grounds, the ignitor will need replacement. Remember the gas has to get out at the ignitor for the spark to ignite it, therefore, the burner may be your issue.

Dan, You're sure the burner bases and igniters are clean, and the burner caps are installed on the burner bases properly. Make sure you're power cord is plugged into a polarized grounded 120 VAC outlet. If thats all OK, you'd have a weak spark module 32020101. Good Luck and Thanks
