June 01, 2012 for Model Number MF 12568AES PN 12656019 I just received my right end cap PN 12656019 and find difficulty in removing the connedted slide device for controlling the airflow This piece is mounted on the back wall. That part is attached to the endcap through the air control slide mechanism. That piece against the back wall is the part I cannot detach as it seems to be either a snap in clip or an angled clip. I don't want to use too much force. Some guidance please.

Marie April 21, 2012 for Model Number afb2534dew I need a new left side pantry end cap and see from the correspondents that others have had the same problem. The pins are rather fragile for the amount of use this drawer gets over time and I hope the new one I am about to order has been improved and is stronger than the original. It's obvious that it is a flaw in the design that it can be snapped off this easily. Unfortunely, it was a guest who didn't know that care needed to be used when opening the pantry drawer.

Eran February 15, 2012 for Model Number APP4453677 I removed the old part and tried to install the new part but I have difficulties. This part is attached to the refrigerator cabinet with screws and a small square plastic clip that is permanently attached to the inside wall of the refrigerator's cabinet. There is a hidden plastic tongue in part # APP4453677 that should fit over this plastic clip. This clip fits the front of the part. The back is held by two plastic pegs, which do not pose a problem. If part # APP4453677 does not fit properly over the plastic clip, the screw holes do not align and there is a small gap between the front portion of # APP4453677 and the cabinet wall.My question: how do you fit part APP4453677 over the square plastic clip? Once I fit it, I could tighten the screws. I can send photographs of the clip and the tongue.
1 Answer Eran, Are you installing the the control bar and control knob,properly, before you're attaching the side rail assembly to the fridge wall ?
