Mr Fix July 02, 2016 for Model Number GI6FDRXXB06 Hello. Like many other customers, the deli drawer hinge pin broke in my Whirlpool refrigerator. It's the end cap on the right side and has the integrated air flow vent control . The parts diagram seems to only show the left side (part AP6004794). What is the correct part # for my repair? Thanks
1 Answer Mr Fix, The part number that you would need is W10874836 for your unit. This kit will have both left and right side in it. Read More...
1 Answer Hello Rebecca, As per Whirlpool W10874836 is a kit that includes both left and right endcaps. Read More...
Steve T April 14, 2016 for Model Number MFD2560HES I need left and right end caps. Is there a kit and what number or order separately and what are numbers?
Scott April 06, 2016 for Model Number MFI2569VEM4 The deli drawer end cap yoi have listed doesnt call out left or right. Do you know what side the part you have listed goes on.
Sean February 24, 2016 for Model Number KFIS25XVMS00 I also broke the pin on the right side endcap. It looks like 12656022 is the part I need, correct? It looks to me like 12656019 is a nearly identical part (by the pictures) to 12656022. Are these two parts interchangeable?
1 Answer Sean, The correct part number for the right side end cap is W10874836 / 12656022, for the model number you supplied [KFIS25XVMS00]. The W10874836 / 12656019 is also the right end cap for a similar model number (later version of the KFIS25XVM08) and do appear to be interchangeable at first glance. But there are no "notes" in our parts or service library that indicate that they are. We recommend you replace/install the proper part W10874836 in your refrigerator. Thanks Read More...
Rattaom January 30, 2016 for Model Number WRF535SMBM00 Hi, Pantry drawer cover is coming off regularly. The endcaps on both sides seem fine, but the pins that support the cover just seem too short. Is there a cover for the pins to extend them? The cover just barely gets on top of both ends to hold it in place. Hope that makes sense :) Thx
1 Answer Rattaom, Unfortunately there is no cover that would extend the pins for the pantry endcap. Read More...

Paula January 24, 2016 for Model Number MFI2569VEB3 The pin that is on the left side pantry broke off so the hole in the lid to the pantry drawer has no where to hook into. Could you please verify which part I need? Thank you.
Harry January 20, 2016 When you replace the hatch on the hinge pins, do you have to spread the pins apart? I'd hate to break a pin doing this, but I don't see any other way.
1 Answer Hello Harry. Yes, the pins flex to install the door onto the unit. Just take your time and be careful not to break them. I usually heat them a little with a hair dryer to make them more flexible. Read More...
