Dolores Dulaney October 02, 2015 for Model Number mfl2569vem I purchased a right end cap for my maytag and am having a problem reinserting the arm that is on the inside. If I could see a picture of the inside and the way the arm is inserted I should be ok. I did not put them inside the clips that are on the inside of the the cap. I think that is the problem but want to be sure..the plastic parts are so delicate I don't want to mess with it any more than necessary. Can you help me?

Jeff September 29, 2015 for Model Number KBFS25EWMS1 I have a rightside endcap that I tried to install but could not figure out how to disconnect the temperature control arm from the old endcap. There appears to be tabs on the arm that are inserted into the cap, preventing the disconnect to happen. I tried to turn them so they would fit through the space they are through but that did not work. Tabs are molded into arm, and not movevable separately.
