Doug April 04, 2018 for Model Number wmh31017as2 My microwave has both a grease filter and a charcoal filter, but we still get grease all over the cabinets above the microwave. The factory grease filter measures about 13x6 and is washable. The charcoal filter fits above the microwave but only covers one of the two outlet ports from the exhaust fan. When the charcoal filter is in place, little volume of air comes out of it, but obviously, most of the air comes out of the 2nd open port, of which there is no way to insert a filter there that I can see. Can I buy a 13x6 charcoal filter, as the washable grease filter really doesn't do any good? Or, is there a way to install a second charcoal filter in the 2nd port, above the microwave? Thanks, Doug
