Don September 07, 2017 Trying to replace filter EDR3RXD1 on my Whirlpool refrigerator. I know I have the correct filter and watched the video that shows how to replace. I do not have the cap/cover for the end of the filter. I can press the eject button on the left side but cannot remove the filter since it has not ejected far enough. How can I proceed? I see the part in a parts diagram (part 30) but cannot find the part in your catalog.

Al B July 30, 2017 for Model Number ED2GVEXUDO1 Why won't my new every drop refrigerator filter (EDR3RXD1) seat into my whirlpool refrigerator. I have been using them for years without a problem. I put in a new one and it would not seat I replaced it with another new one with the same results. I put the old one back in and it went right in with no problem.

Ken K July 18, 2017 for Model Number ED5FVGXWS06 I have a Whirlpool model ED5FVGXWS06 refrigerator. I noticed the water filter light was not on. I tried resetting the light several times to no avail. I know the water filter needs to be changed. After installing new water filter will it reset it's self or do I have another problem?

Tom July 17, 2017 I have a whirlpool gold French door fridge. The dispenser randomly stopped working when a filter is in stalled. I removed the filter and it works. I replaced the filter with a new one and it will not work when installed. Any ideas?
