Hello Yana. The sensor switch WPW10292584 is the pressure switch for the unit. Make sure the pressure hose is good and it is not clogged on the unit. If so, replace the sensor switch.

Jim, This is normal operation for an HE low-water washer. The load will not be completely underwater. The washer senses load sizes and adds correct amount of water for optimal cleaning. See “What’s New under the Lid.” IMPORTANT: Do not add more water to washer. The added water lifts the load off the impeller, resulting in less cleaning.The max usage during a cycle is going to be approximately 17 gallons. IMPORTANT: You will not see a washer basket full of water as with your past agitator-style washer. It is normal for some of the load to be above the water line.

Morgan, If you have already replaced the automatic temp control switch on the control panel and the unit is only filling on hot water then the issue would most likely be with the water valve. The water valve has a thermistor that reads a resistance and if it is bad it will tell the unit to put hot water into the unit.
