John, Thanks for the question!!! The tool is very sensitive. Your model number has a typo at the end. It has the O (letter O) but should be a 0 (number 0). This would allow the tool to show it is correct. But you may be better off getting the hinge assembly W11051465 as it would replace several of the wearing components.

Louise, a washer door cannot be reversed due to the latch assembly, however, the dryer door can be reversed.

Jill, Yes, with the latch not lining up this sounds likely that the hinge is worn and sagging. You would want to replace the hinge for this issue.

Hello Mo, You will need to verify the door hinge has been installed properly and the door is striking properly on the door catch WPW10208254. If not, there could be a problem with warpage of the front panel WPW10363954.
