I loved how quick it arrived. The swap out of the part took 10 minutes using a batter powered driver, a #2 Phillips tip and a T-25 tip. If you use hand tools, it will take a few minutes longer. If I would have realized how easy it was, I would have replaced it when it started sagging instead of waiting for it to break. There are two pins on each prong for a total of four, these pins provide the support for the door as it swings open. Two of the four pins were broken, causing the sag.
