Royce May 25, 2017 for Model Number KSCS25FVSS02 A year or so, I replaced the ice maker. Worked fine until about a month ago. Now, while I get ice, I also have water dripping all inside the freezer compartment leaving ice cicles and frozen water on the packages inside the freezer. I do not use ice very much (a widower now), so currently, I just turn off the icemaker and clean up the ice on the frozen food. When I need ice, I turn it back on, get a full compliment of ice in the dispenser and then turn off the ice maker. Long term, this is not the answer. Do I need another ice maker?

The number on the actual freezer assembly unit we own is w10190960 which coordinates with 2198597 replacement part in some searches. But other searches indicate it is W10272869. Thank you.

When I did a search using the ice maker Model#W10272869 it gives me Model#AP601305, but when I did a compatible search my model # of the refrigerator it says it's not compatible.
