Robin May 25, 2015 for Model Number 66515914001 What needs to be replaced when the machine stops operating and can be restarted by jiggling the handle?
1 Answer Hello Robin. Look for loose or bad wiring. Also, make sure the unit is level. Then check the door latch switches in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...

Inge J. May 09, 2011 for Model Number KUDP01FLSS1 Trying to determine the cause for standing water and dirty dishes. I need to remove the inlet protector, and removed the screw that holds it. Still cannot lift the protector out. Is there a trick to it? It seems pretty stuck.
1 Answer Hello Inge. These can be tight. If you removed the screw, then the protector should lift out of the unit. You may need to use some needle nose pliers to pull it out. Hope this helps. Read More...
