The Dispenser Overlay is an OEM part for Whirlpool refrigerators. It is a component that covers and protects the control panel and buttons of the dispenser on the fridge. It provides a protective barrier against dust, moisture, and every day wear and tear, helping to maintain the appearance and functionality of the dispenser.

Causes of a damaged or worn-out dispenser overlay can include regular use over time, accidental spills or scratches, or exposure to harsh cleaning chemicals. These factors can lead to a faded or unreadable display, a sticky or unresponsive touchpad, or an unattractive appearance.

Symptoms of a bad dispenser overlay may include:

  • Faded or illegible display on the control panel
  • Unresponsive or sticky buttons on the dispenser
  • Visible damage, scratches, or discoloration on the overlay

This OEM Whirlpool part can also be used on Maytag, KitchenAid, Jenn-Air, Amana, Magic Chef, Admiral, Norge, Roper, and Kenmore/Sears brand appliances.
