Interested Customer April 08, 2012 for Model Number KSB560BWO

I have been told that this is the replacement jar for my Kitchenaid Blender model number KSB560BWO, but I am looking for a glass replacement jar. The jar that originally came with the blender was polycarbonate, and the picture you provide seems to also look like a plastic. Can you tell me what material this jar is made out of? Also, will all of the other parts (blade, top, etc.) carry over to this jar? Thanks.

Hello! Unfortunately, we do not have the specs on the jar WPW10555711 to advise if this is plastic or glass. From the picture we have available it is hard to tell. This jar includes the blade and the top should fit the replacement jar with no issues. Thanks!

Mustefa, the model number should read KSB560WH0 (B instead of an 8 and 0 instead of an O). The drive coupling for this model is part number WPW10279256. Thanks!

I was using my blender one day and the plastic O ring must have been caught in the blade and it was chopped up in my drink. Now my blender leaks when I use it. Can I just buy the O ring instead of the entire jar? model KSB560MC0 ser: WT3529685

Im getting a black ring around the inside rim on my new blender jar where it sits on the base...looks like thin oil maybe...washes right off but then comes back the next time I use it???

Brian, Sounds like you may have an over lubricated bearing and shaft assembly on the chopper blade, or seal between the base and the chopper assembly is loose or miss seated. You'll need to replace the jar assembly WPW10555711 to resolve the issue. Thanks and Good Luck
