Brett February 24, 2012 for Model Number wtw564oxwo No tech sheet on my washer. Would like to check latch.
1 Answer Brett, Your tech data sheet, should be in an envelope taped to the inside of the front panel of the cabinet. Either way, You'll need to raise the top of the washer, using a putty knife, and pressing in on the hidden spring clips between the front panel and the top. A more common issue with the latch, is usually the loading door, hinges, bumper or strike, They may be loose, broken, or damaged, and you may want to check those components first. Thanks Read More...
