Esther, It sounds like the lid is locked and will not unlock. Try getting into the service mode and see if you can unlock it through there otherwise you will need to lift the main top to access the latch assembly to get it open.

Mike, unfortunately, the lid assembly W11101059 does not include the left hinge WP8563965, right hinge WP8572974, or screws W11404293.

Hello Buck, the lid measures about 19 x 23".

Rick, unfortunately, the left WP8563965 and right WP8572974 hinges are not included with the lid W11101059.

Bill, The lid will come with the strike that goes into the latch. The latch is the electrical part that will lock when the unit is turned on.
