The on, off and night buttons make a noise when pushed. When I removed one bulb I apparently left the switch on, because the bulb came off the base and sparks flew. Is there a blown fuse? 1 Answer Hi Greg. You will need to remove power. Then unscrew the bottom cover and allow it to hinge downward. Then inspect the base wires and sockets.
