Greg November 24, 2011 for Model Number JMV 8000 ADW The microwave works and the fan and the light inside the unit work. However, neither light bulb under the microwave works. The on, off and night buttons make a noise when pushed. When I removed one bulb I apparently left the switch on, because the bulb came off the base and sparks flew. Is there a blown fuse? If so, how do I get to it? Thank you.
1 Answer Hi Greg. You will need to remove power. Then unscrew the bottom cover and allow it to hinge downward. Then inspect the base wires and sockets.
