Buddy, If you unplug the unit you can get in there with a pair of needle-nose pliers and unscrew the base for the light bulb that is stuck in there.

Van, youi will need to remove the lens cover located on the bottom of the microwave, the bulb you need is 8206232A and simply screws out like a conventional light bulb.

Hello James, Adding a toggle switch would be re-engineering the appliance so we cannot recommend doing this. If there are no wiring issues, the problem will be a stuck relay on the control board W11552018. This would be the safest, proper fix for the problem.
