Jeff November 06, 2020 for Model Number wrs325fdam04 i have a model wrs325fdam04 refrigerator. it has 2 led lights in refrigerator side and two in the freezer side. the two in the refrigerator side light but dim. the two in the freezer side do not light. i checked voltage coming in on the top refrigerator light it was 120 volts ac. checked it leaving and was 32 volts dc. is this correct voltage? also is the freezer lights in series with refrigerator lights? whirlpool is absolutely no help with this.
1 Answer Hello Jeff, On this design, the door switches are wired together so either door open sends 120vac to the fresh food section top ceiling mounted master LED light assembly, it converts the 120vac to low voltage dc and powers its internal LED and sends it also to the rear wall LED light and to the freezer LED light modules in a series circuit, if one of the modules is failing it will drag down the voltage in the circuit. Joseph October 27, 2020 for Model Number 106.51122211 Hello, one day my Kenmore Fridge and Freezer lights all went out at the same time. The freezer lights started flickering and then when i opened the fridge the light wasnt even coming on? Is it the lights or something internal that would cause ALL the lights to go simultaneously? Wondering if its something small before i spend $300 on lights.

Carlos September 22, 2020 So my fridge LED lights all three (two in the fridge, one in the fridge) were all out. I already knew that i will need to replace the main LED light with the two plugins on the backside. So I ordered w10515058, and replaced the LED. I unplugged the frigerator repalced the LED plugged in the refrigerator, and the two LED in the fridge turn but only in a Dim and the freezer LED did not function. What should i do now since the fridge is only on in a Dim
1 Answer Carlos, Access and disconnect the wires to the freezer compartment LED light, If the LED inside the refrigerator illuminate properly, replace the freezer compartment LED light. George September 16, 2020 for Model Number Whirlpool Refrigerator Model #: WRX735SDBM Hello There - We got this Whirlpool 4-Door French Door Refrigerator (Model #: WRX735SDBM) 2 year ago, and the upper LED module (with 8 LED) in Refrigerator started dimmed and sometimes they kept flickering and after few flickering the LED turned to bright as normal. However, they turned to dimmed again next time when open the door. Finally the LED module keeps dimmed with 1 LED off. We tried to replace the LED module with one bought from eBay (buyer says it is a new one and was tested). However, this replacement module does same thing - the module keeps dimmed and one of LEDs is off (not the same LED). I used a multi-meter to obtain the source/input voltage from the white connector (to LED module): 29.5 VDC, My question is if the source power voltage 29.5VDC is the issue or if LED module, or even control board is the root cause in this case? Mj September 15, 2020 for Model Number WSR325FDAW02 My LED light in the top of the Refrigerator keeps blinking which makes the other 2 lights blink one in the refrigerator and the other in the Freezer. I have pulled the LED light out and it straighted out but know it is blinking again so I did the same thing and now it won't blink at all. This has happened before and we took it out waited a while put it back in and it was fine. I hat to pay $151.00 for a LED light.

Don September 01, 2020 for Model Number WRS325FDAW04 My side by side whirlpool refrigerator is less that five years old. Recently the freezer light went out completely. And the top refrigerator light is dim. Only three of the LEDS are lighting up in the refrigerator light.

Jimmy August 22, 2020 for Model Number WRS325FDAM04 Hi I have Whirlpool refrigerator all 3 LED light is out. 2 in the fridge and one in the freezer. When I push in and out of the door sensor few time the the LED light is on but when I close the door and open it again the the light is off. If I buy this LED board control light WPW10515058 to replace it. Does it fix the issue? I have hear from a lot of people brought this Light at Amazon for around $119 when they put it on it works for a few day then it off again. If I buy this from you it that happen, I can send it back to you guy and get the replacement correct. I don't it's a wiring issue or the broad issue. Whirlpool made chip make in china part there day and the fridge only 2 years old then the light is out already. 1 Answer Hello Jimmy, on your model, the LED lights are wired in series with the fresh food section ceiling-mounted LED module as the Master module. Since they are in a series circuit a fault in any of them will cause a no light or flashing condition depending on the severity of the fault in the particular module. The most common module failure occurs with the freezer LED module WPW10515057. Once a part has been installed it cannot be returned.
