The part number for the element cartridge that is on there is: A100. Are there parts available for this model? It is a 4 prong on the end cartridge.

Robin October 27, 2014 for Model Number Jenn-Air electric downdraft modular cooktop I have an older electric cooktop with two coil elements on the left side (4 flat prongs and 1 round prong) and a griddle on the right side. I just received part #87904A to put on the griddle side which works great. I also ordered new replacement drip pans and heating coils for the left side (element #Y04100165 and Y04100165) but they don't fit correctly. The coils in the new cartridge are #W10345411 and W10345414). Which replacement elements are the correct part # for the original coil element that has the 4 flat prongs and 1 round prong?

The appliance model number is 89891 Both burners do not work and I have recently replaced the coil elements and now have both out of order. Michael January 21, 2014 Looking for a burner cartridge for older Jenn Air cooktop. Information on back of existing burner cartridge: model 87946 and 87847 3350 watts, 240 volts - tubular elements. Outside dimensions 19" by 10-1/2". Will the 87904 burner cartridge work in this situation, even though outside dimensions are different (20" by 11")?
