E Hampton September 17, 2011 for Model Number Can't find My Jen Air cooktop has a grill units and two burner units. It's an older model and I can't find any model number or other information on it. Currently the two units each have one burner that works. Both units have two flat and one round prong. However, the stovetop shows 4 flat and one round prong openings. Do I have the wrong burners? Should I purchase burners with 4 flat and one round to get all elements to work?

Jenn Aire said it was JEA7000ADS, but the prong configuration does not match. The Cartridge in my stove has 4 flat prongs and 1 round prong.
