Evelyn, the outer dimension on this part is going to be around 20x11, it would be recommended to use the model number of your unit to ensure that this part is compatible with your appliance.

Kevin, The part number that would be needed for the coil cartridge is JEA7000ADBA.

Fran, If you go to the parts list for the JEA7000ADS there will be a diagram showing individual parts for the cartridge itself that you could replace. If the part you are looking for is not on the list then the cartridge would need replaced.

do you have a jenn air cooktop cartridge that has a side plug in ? cooktop is about 25 years old

PCJ, Yes there are a couple of "expressions" cooktop cartridges available, but supplies are limited. the AR141BA/AR141BA Radiant cartridge and the AC110BA/AC110BA. Conventional Coil Cartridge. Either paart is in stock and available at this time. Thanks,

Linda April 17, 2018 for Model Number I cant locate it.

I have a 35 year old cartridge cook top that does not have either a halogenm, radiant or glass top. The cook area is a dark color that sits a half inch above the flat cartridge. It looks almost ceramic, but don't hold me to that. I cant find anything on the internet that looks like it. Can you tell me what it may be? I need to replace one cartridge only.

Sorry Linda. You are looking for a solid element. Those have been permanently discontinued by the manufacturer and we don't know of any source or replacement for the part.

I have an old Jenn Air range from around 14 yrs ago will this part work on my model number JES9860AAB serial number 22928742EG. I tried putting the part number in but it said not compatible. I have searched the internet like crazy and can't find any cartridge that lists my model number. Ideally I would prefer the glass top cartridges however I can deal with the electric coils if necessary.
