Jerry S January 31, 2017 for Model Number 30 year old Roper downdraft cooktop Would like to replace the electric burner cartridges, they have the plug in prongs on the side, not the end.
Paul December 19, 2016 for Model Number SVE47100B Are the parts A122BA and JEA7000ADSA universal on this model? It currently has the coils installed and then are rusted out and need replacing. Can I instead of the coils, replace them with the glass modules? It shows that both will fit this model. Just to clarify, mine is the 30" electric slide in, NOT the drop in cook top. Thanks!
1 Answer Paul, Yes the smooth top cartridge A122BA will work for your model number range. Read More...

Brandon August 31, 2015 for Model Number C202 Hi, I recently bought a JEA7000ADS to replace the left side grill cartridge for my Jenn air C202. It seems that the new cartridge will only go to the highest setting regardless if I put it on low? Is this the correct replacement or is something wrong with my new cartridge? thanks, Brandon
1 Answer Brandon, The cartridge that you received JEA7000ADSA is the correct cartridge for your unit. This issue will most likely be caused by faulty infinite switches causing it to go to high. The part number for the switches are 700855K Read More...
Ken T April 05, 2015 for Model Number SVE47100B I have a Jenn-Air Grill-Range with self cleaning Oven model number SVE47100B and I would like put a A106B compatible cartridge in left side in place of the grilling element but it seems that only the back heating element will work on it not the front, is this broken or is there some other cartridge that will work?, On the right side there is a label that says only suface element cartridges will work, (not grilling element) but there is no label on left side to indicate what will work there. Thanks Ken
1 Answer Ken, The cartridge should be able to be plugged into the right side. Take the cartridge from the left side and put it in the right side and see if the element on the front is working. If it is not working then the issue will be with the element for the cartridge. If this is the case you can use the ceran top cartridge A122BA or the coil element cartridge JEA7000ADBA. The solid disk element cartridges have been discontinued with no available parts. Read More...

Julian P November 12, 2014 for Model Number 88370-C The plug in two burner cartridges and grill work fine on left side but not on the right. I suspected the infinite switches and replaced both but the two burner plug in cartridge and plug-in grill still do not work. I suspect the terminals on the right side have a problem. How can I test to determine the problem. How can I get at the terminals to inspect them?
1 Answer Julian, To get to the terminal block for the burners you will need to access by taking off the main top of the unit. There will a couple of screws in the duct assembly and screws around the perimeter that will need to be removed. Read More...
