Evan, Yes, it is possible for a spark module WP31962701 to faila single circuit, and not supply the high DC voltage to the igniter. In you case you want to make sure there aren't any loose connections at the terminal block conductors in the bay or on the burner cartridge. If all's OK suspect the spark module and replace it.

Hello Lou, If you are only having the problem with 1 ignitor and have tested continuity on the ignitor and wire and it checks ok then the spark module WP31962701 would need to be replaced.

Dennis, There is NO reboot, but it's not likely you'll need the igniters either. You do need to make sure the igniters, burner bases and caps are clean and free of debris and corrosion. The more likely issue is a damaged wire to the spark module or a faulty module WP31962701 itself. Thanks
