Brett B. July 22, 2013 for Model Number KEBC107KSS0 I need to order an outside oven door on this stainless wall oven. I tightened the panel because the handle was loose. Once I tightended it the glass shattered. Do you sell the outer glass or do I just need to buy the panel with the glass already installed? It would seem to make sense to tape new glass in place, but the factory install of the glass to the panel would be the way to go. What do you recommend and can you confirm the part number? Thanks, Brett
1 Answer Brett, you'll need to order the outer door panel part number W10401225. This includes the outer door glass. Thanks! Read More...

1 Answer Hello Jody, The W10401225 is the only way the manufacturer makes the outer door glass available. The reason is probably because it is affixed to the outer door panel. Read More...
Dale P September 30, 2012 for Model Number KEBC101KSS06 When installing the handle on the front how tight do I screw in the screws. Because I have done this before and broke the brand new replacement.
1 Answer Dale, First, you may want to add a washer under each screw first, that will help distribute the force and pressure more evenly. Then tighten the screw until tight to the touch and add and additional 1/4 turn of the screw. Thanks Read More...
