Carole, That would be "SAB" that would indicate the control has been programmed into the Sabbath mode . " To cancel the 12-hour shut-off and run the oven continuously for 72 hours: 1. Set the oven to bake. 2. Press and hold the Clock pad for five seconds. • SAb will be displayed and flash for five seconds. SAb will then be displayed continuously until turned off or until the 72-hour time limit is reached. BAKE will also be displayed if a bake cycle is in use while the oven is in Sabbath Mode. All other functions EXCEPT BAKE (Timer, Keep Warm, Clean, etc.) are locked out during the Sabbath Mode. To cancel the Sabbath Mode: 1. Press the CLOCK pad for five seconds. OR 2. After 72 hours, the Sabbath Mode will end. SAb will flash for 5 seconds. • The time of day will return to the display." Thanks,

Hello Fredrick, If the sensor 12001656 reads about 1100 ohms of resistance at about 70°F, the sensor will not be the issue. The control WP74008878 will be the issue. I'm sorry but this part WP74008878 has been discontinued by the manufacturer and no satisfactory substitutions have been provided. You could contact a company like Corecentric Solutions 1-866-737-2244/ corecentricsolutions.com and inquire if they support board WP74008878.

Hello Jerry. You will need to check and see if there is 240 volts coming to the unit and make sure the thermostats are good on the unit. If so, then the relay board will need to be replaced on the unit. Thank you.

Mark, You will want to look for a second white wire that goes to the control board for the oven sensor. Check coming off the board for 2 white wires and follow them to the sensor. There should have never been just one wire.

Roland, Make sure that the control is not locked and if it is not and the touchpads are not working then this will be a faulty control board.
