1 Answer Hello Joseph. No, the control panel 6-919836 is not hard to install. disconnect the power and remove the inner door liner. Remove the ribbon cable from the control board. Next remove the control board housing and the door latch assembly. Now you can access the 4 screws securing the control panel to the door panel. Phyllis E. June 20, 2011 for Model Number Maytag Dishwasher Model #MDBH 965 AWQ The "light wash" cycle and start/stop "buttons" light up, start blinking and go off. Normal and Heavy wash cycles do not light up. The lights blink a short while and go off. Nothing happens.
