Jeffrey, there is not a bypass for this model as there is none needed. If you remove the filter, there is a bypass built into the housing assembly.

Julie, your model may not need a bypass plug, remove the filter and try running water through the dispenser, if water comes out, your filter housing has a built-in bypass. The filter bypass you are asking about will not work on your model.

Musmeg, No you do not need a bypass plug for the WRS325FDAM04. Remove the filter dry up any water spillage, or residual water in the housing and close and "snap" the filter door shut. The housing will automatically supply water to the dispenser and ice maker. You will need to reset the "filter status" light occasionally.

John, This unit does not dispense the water without the filter. There is a filter reset on your user interface and I believe its the last button on the right press and hold until it counts down and it resets. Also, this unit does not use a bypass plug.
