Lynne, The part i'm pulling up for your unit says that is no longer available.part # WP12664501 is the part you need.You can check with the manufacturer to see if they have a replacement but i cant find a part that will work for your unit.

Hello Richard, You should first make sure there is enough water pressure, (45 to 90 P.S.I.), to properly close the water valve. If so, you will need to remove the filter and this design should dispense water normally. If not, you will either need to continue using the water filter or you may have to obtain an apparatus to increase water pressure for proper water valve operation.

Hello Rajendra. You do not need a bypass with this one. You remove the filter to bypass it. This is not a fast fill model. The fill rate will be slower than others when you do not have the fast fill on the unit. If it is to slow, try replacing the filter housing on the unit or the water valve may not be opening all the way open. Thank you.
