Tonyra January 31, 2014 for Model Number jdb2100awb Why can't I buy only the piece that's broken? This is the 3rd time the roller on the adjuster (part#23) broke. It's a small thing that you can sell instead of the whole $37 piece. It will not only be cheaper for me but for you to ship too, not to mention the total waste of a completely working part and landfill donation. That roller should be available by itself instead of being made a part of the whole contraption. Also, for this unit being a higher end product, that piece should be made of a more durable material than plastic. It breaks too easily for a dishwasher that's supposed to take large loads. Now I have to remember not to load it to full capacity or only put light lights on the top rack. That doesn't make sense.
