Tonyra for Model Number jdb2100awb Why can't I buy only the piece that's broken? This is the 3rd time the roller on the adjuster (part#23) broke. It's a small thing that you can sell instead of the whole $37 piece. It will not only be cheaper for me but for you to ship too, not to mention the total waste of a completely working part and landfill donation. That roller should be available by itself instead of being made a part of the whole contraption. Also, for this unit being a higher end product, that piece should be made of a more durable material than plastic. It breaks too easily for a dishwasher that's supposed to take large loads. Now I have to remember not to load it to full capacity or only put light lights on the top rack. That doesn't make sense.
Answer Hello TonyRa! Unfortunately, the manufacturer only offers the wheel as an assembly with the adjuster and does not offer it as a separate item.
