Whirlpool WPW10153533 Dishwasher Dishrack Adjuster With Wheels OEM Part

Replaced rack adjuster assembly on both sides. Easy repair, and the parts arrived within 2 days. Replacement parts appear to be better designed to prevent the roller shafts from failing. Hint: The rollers on the top rack seem to be the same. I removed and saved the rollers and shafts from the old parts in the event I have to replace those on the top rack someday.

I ordered the replacement part from AppliancePartsPros after speaking with a representative for several minutes. He was very helpful and patient and I order the exact part I needed.

Maytag doesn't sell just the wheel assembly for a couple of dollars (they changed the design) so you have to buy the entire adjuster for $35. Bought both sides. Arrived quickly. Also had to buy a star bit to remove screws connecting to front piece. Installation was easy and quick.

I replaced both dishrack adjusters in under 10 minutes. Very simple job.

Could not purchase just the wheel for the disrack adjuster...had to purchase the whole dishrack adjuster... the design of the wheels on the new rack adjuster is definately better! anyway...removed the clips that hold the dish rack in place...then removed the dish rack... removed the dishrack adjuster from the side i needed to replace...needed a very small star shaped head screw tip to remove the screws from the broken dishrack adjuster... got the old one off, put the new one on with the old screws...slid the rack back on the track... popped the clips back in that hold the rack in...and it was good to go.
