Russell W Chesterfield , MO November 14, 2015 Appliance: Model JDB21000AWS Rollers failed on middle rack (plastic shafts broke) Replaced rack adjuster assembly on both sides. Easy repair, and the parts arrived within 2 days. Replacement parts appear to be better designed to prevent the roller shafts from failing. Hint: The rollers on the top rack seem to be the same. I removed and saved the rollers and shafts from the old parts in the event I have to replace those on the top rack someday. Brooks R Park City , UT April 06, 2015 Wheel on adjuster broke (apparently a common problem) Maytag doesn't sell just the wheel assembly for a couple of dollars (they changed the design) so you have to buy the entire adjuster for $35. Bought both sides. Arrived quickly. Also had to buy a star bit to remove screws connecting to front piece. Installation was easy and quick. Read More...
