1 Answer Frank, There are a couple of things to check when you work on the crisper frame, Make sure the metal support brace is in place WP12642303WD on the underside of the frame. Make sure the frame and supports are not cracked or loose/broken. Install the center support, and clean the side rails of the crisper bins, and lubricate with a thin coat of "Vaseline" so the bins slide smoothly. Good Luck and Thanks Read More...

Joe January 21, 2012 for Model Number kfis25xvms2 The horizontal stabilizing piece between the crisper drawers (#14 on the shelf diagram for this unit) broke off. I can't seem to find a replacement for this. Part ap4695676 seems like the horizontal guides for the drawer. My drawers sag in the center now without the supporting piece. Thanks for your help, Joe
