Ron, ice maker 4317943 no longer includes the bail arms, but they are needed. You can use WP627792 if you have a top and bottom mount refrigerator and W11342242 if you have a side by side refrigerator. Hope this helps!

Hello Lloyd. You will need to test and see if you are getting power to the auger motor. You will test this when the dispenser is pressed calling for ice and the door switch is closed. If you have power, you will need to replace the motor. Hope this helps.
