Tom, the rollers WPW10314173 and idler pulley 279640 would need to be inspected. If one does not rotate freely, it is starting to seize up and would need to be replaced.

Dan, Using a multimeter check for 240vac to the dryer at the terminal block, then check for power into the board at pins P1-5 to P1-2 (120vac). If you have power into the board check for power out to the motor on pins P1-4 to P1-3 (120vac). The wiring diagram should be on the tech sheet packaged with the machine.
