Todd April 03, 2011 for Model Number kudp01ilbl1 The kitchenaid dishwasher has become very noisy. The wash arm on the bottom is very wobbly, could that be doing it, or is it the motor/pump? Can that all be pulled and replaced from inside the tub, or must I pull it out from the cabinets?
1 Answer Hello Todd. It sounds like it may be the pump motor assembly. You will need to look and see if there is any debris inside the pump motor causing the noise. If all is clear, you will need to replace the part W10782773. These are easier to do if the dishwasher is uninstalled, but can be done from the inside. It is alot harder from the inside. Hope this helps. Read More...
